横向射流式单重态氧发生器的性能实验研究

 对氧碘化学激光器的单重态氧发生器（SOG）进行了改进，采用横向射流方式，并对该横向射流式单重态氧发生器的性能进行了检测。实验中过氧化氢碱溶液温度控制在－16℃左右,氯气流量为530mmol/s，He与氯气的流量比为3;采用PS法测量单重态氧分子的产率,吸收法测量氯气的利用率和相对水含量。得出如下结论:在不使用冷阱和分离器的情况下，最高单重态氧分子产率达到58%, 氯气利用率在80%以上,相对水含量小于等于0.5;气体达到最大流量时,发生器仍然能稳定地工作。     

Allocating electricity transmission costs through tracing: a game-theoretic rationale

Tracing is a method of assigning flows in an electricity network to particular generators and loads, assuming perfect mixing at each node. It can be used to assign costs to transmission users. We show that the resulting allocation is equal to the Shapley value of an equivalent co-operative game.

On the Convenience to Form Coalitions or Partnerships in Simple Games

A partnership in a cooperative game is a coalition that possesses an internal structure and, simultaneously, behaves as an individual member. Forming partnerships leads to a modification of the original game which differs from the quotient game that arises when one or more coalitions are actually formed. In this paper, the Shapley value is used to discuss the convenience to form either coalitions or partnerships. To this end, the difference between the additive Shapley value of the partnership in the partnership game and the Shapley alliance value of the coalition, and also between the corresponding value of the internal and external players, are analysed. Global Smooth Solutions of the Equations of a Viscous,Heat - Conducting,One - Dimensional Gas with Density - Dependent Viscosity

We consider initial boundary value problems for the equations of the one-dimensional motion of a viscous, heat-conducting gas with density-dependent viscosity that decreases (to zero) with decreasing density. We prove that if the viscosity does not decrease to zero too rapidly, then smooth solutions exist globally in time.

Comparison of Thermodynamic Characteristics of a Potential Well under Quantum and Classical Approaches

The conjecture according to which the mean energy of an equilibrium system in quantum theory exceeds the mean energy of the corresponding classical system is considered. It is rigorously proved that the conjecture holds for the potential well. The estimates for the mean energy of the potential well at high and low temperatures are of special interest.
